The Green3 features a three-piece OTL cantilever equipped with a Grado-specific diamond mounted on a brass bushing. Grado's optimized transmission line (OTL) technology ensures efficient signal transfer from the LP surface to the cartridge generator, minimizing resonance and distortion to preserve both fundamental and harmonic frequencies. This design also reduces motor noise within the cartridge. The OTL stylus and cantilever enhance soundstage precision—improving height, width, depth—and reveal greater detail and quieter playback. Hand-assembled in Brooklyn by experienced technicians, the Green3 delivers exceptional tonal balance, dynamic range, and realism in vocals and instruments. Utilizing advanced coil winding with ultra-pure copper wire, this cartridge achieves precise channel balance and accurate stereo imaging. Its twin magnet system and stringent magnetic circuit tolerances further refine stereo separation. The patented Flux-Bridger design lowers effective moving mass, ensuring consistent performance across the full frequency spectrum.
