The BAX-1 represents our latest advancement in digital crossover technology. Factory-calibrated for seamless integration with our loudspeaker range, it perfectly complements your Bryston active system.

Featuring two channels of analog-to-digital conversion, it transforms full-range analog signals from your preamplifier into 96kHz/24-bit digital audio. This signal is processed by a powerful DSP core performing 3-way crossover duties per channel, including user-adjustable bass filters. Six digital-to-analog converters then output balanced analog signals to six amplifier channels. By placing the crossover before amplification, the system offers refined filter control, improved on- and off-axis response, reduced distortion, and greater SPL.
